Position Information
- Perform work related to repairing and maintaining systems, equipment, and fixtures on campus ensuring all work is performed timely and correctly to provide safe and comfortable spaces on campus.
- Assists with performing trade repairs and installs in campus buildings.
- Performs corrective and preventative maintenance on facility systems.
- Performs general maintenance and clean up tasks as assigned.
- The ability to assist with installation, maintenance, and repair a wide array of common facility systems or equipment.
- Ability to perform manual tasks and work off a ladder.
- Ability to follow oral instructions, perform assigned tasks timely, and communicate with others.
- Ability to work with other facility staff.
- Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or GED
